I will assist you in the hotel selection process for your Family Reunion. I will work with the hotel staff on ensuring your needs and requests are met and that you get the best value and service for your event. I can also find you the perfect cruise for your family reunion!

Cruises offer the best of all worlds for groups: They appeal to travelers of all ages, offer various levels and types of activity, and allow people with different budgets to still vacation together. Your group is contained in one place, and everyone can set their own onboard agenda. I have established relationships with cruise lines and access to discounts and perks that individuals don’t. I can make recommendations on appropriate cruises for your group, as well as travel destinations and shore excursions, leaving you with less work to do. I will ensure you have the amenities that are available to group. These could include free berths, onboard credits, upgraded cabins, discounts for group leaders or other perks. Depending on the number of people in your party, you also could get free photos, cocktail parties or private meeting spaces.
Destination Wedding
I will negotiate a group hotel rate, then renegotiate as your date gets closer, when hotels know more about their occupancy levels, which could mean better rates for your group. When you book a block of rooms directly with an online travel site, you have to pay the full fee up front. But when booking through me, final payment sometimes isn’t due until between 30-60 prior, which gives you lots of extra time to firm up your guest list.
Meetings & Conventions
Prepare a list of your meeting needs to share with the Conference and Event Services staff. This list would include such items as audiovisual needs, special room setups, disability needs, meal service needs, and overnight guest accommodations. I will be your liaison to ensure the proper accommodations and requirements are met for your meeting or convention.
